Take off your jewelry if you want to wear perfume, make-up and other care products

How long does the refund for my return take?

Once our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund within 14 working days.

How do I return something?

Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to info@spicedup.nl. In this email you indicate what you want to return. You will be sent a returns form that you must send in the package. The products must be returned in their original condition.

The package must be sent with a track & trace code that you provide back to us.

What should I do if I received a damaged item?

Unfortunately, your order may be damaged during shipping. Of course, as a customer you can't do anything about this. In that case, we ask you to contact us immediately. It is also useful to send photos of the complaint. Our Customer Service will process your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

I ordered a custom item, but did not receive it with the rest of my order.

Cutomized items are made by third party suppliers and shipped separately. You will therefore receive your order in two. You will not pay any additional shipping costs for this.

When do I receive my order?

We do our best to ship your order within 4 working days. It is then up to the courier services to deliver your package as quickly as possible.


PostNL: 1-3 working days

Homerr: 3-8 business days

Customized items: 7-25 business days

My order has been cancelled?

Orders are automatically canceled if they are not paid within 1 hour.

We do this because the stock is then added again so that other customers can order the items.

Can I return a custom item?

no, unfortunately this is not possible, because the item has been specially designed for the customer.

Do you also have gift vouchers?

Yes, we have digital gift vouchers from €10. These will be added to your apple wallet.

The color of the product differs

We try to match the colors in the images as best as possible. However, the colors may differ slightly due to the screen.

Can I also pay afterwards?

No, we currently do not support these payment methods.

Can I still cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel your order once it has been shipped. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service to cancel your order.

Guarantee

We offer a 2-month warranty on all purchased items. You must contact customer service within 2 months. Please state your order number and include good photos.


The warranty does not apply if:


-the product is a 2nd chance.


-The consumer has repaired and/or edited the delivered products himself or has had them repaired and/or edited by third parties


-The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or have otherwise been treated carelessly or are contrary to the instructions of the entrepreneur and/or have been treated on the packaging.

What if I don't pick up my package?

If you do not collect your package, it will be returned to us. The package will then be registered by us as 'not collected': for this we will then charge administration costs (amount of the shipping costs). If you have not collected the package within 7 to 8 days, the package will automatically be returned to the sender. If this happens you have two options. You can request your money back via info@spicedup.nl, this does not include the shipping costs. Or you can have the package resent. Here too you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself.

If you regret your order and want to cancel the order, you must collect the package and then return it to us.
